We had a lot of positive feedback from everyone yesterday and even our most complacent menber of staff who was reall unimpressed with us organising the course, couldn’t praise you or the information received enough.

In fact, he enjoyed himself, so that in itself is a badge of commendation! The information and the way it was delivered was very well received by all and I believe they will be better equipped now to deal with basic and critical incidents.
